Delivery area and cost
Elliston Wear delivers within the United States. Every order includes free shipping, with no minimum spend. We do not currently offer delivery outside this market.
Processing and delivery
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Saturday.
- Transit: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 11 business days.
- Order cut-off: 4:30 PM GMT-05:00, Monday through Saturday.
Orders received before the cut-off enter processing that day; later orders enter processing on the next processing day. Entering processing does not mean same-day dispatch.
Tracking and delivery updates
We email tracking information when your order is dispatched. Transit times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather or carrier disruptions. Contact info@ellistonwear.com if tracking appears stalled or your order has not arrived within the estimated window.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipping date and explain your option to cancel for a prompt refund. We will obtain your consent to a delay where required.
