These Terms govern use of ellistonwear.com and purchases made through our store. Elliston Wear operates the website and is referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”. Please review the Terms and related policies before ordering.

You can browse without creating an account. Ordering and using relevant services are subject to these Terms. We offer a selection of clothing for men and women. Shopify Inc. provides the ecommerce platform. New features and services are subject to these Terms where applicable; the current version is available on this page.

Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, transmit malicious software or interfere with its operation. We may restrict access where these requirements are breached, subject to applicable law.

We may decline service where lawful and reasonably necessary. Information other than payment credentials may pass through networks and be adapted to technical requirements; payment transmissions are encrypted. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit the service or its content without permission. Section labels are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.

We may decline or cancel orders for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud or an inability to fulfill an order, and will notify you using the details provided. Any payment due back following cancellation is returned through the original payment method.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law governing their purchase, nor restrict access to courts or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Check the current version before placing a new order. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase agreement.

20. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Email info@ellistonwear.com with your order number to receive return instructions before sending anything.

Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service. No restocking fee applies. You can request an exchange; we will confirm availability and the appropriate steps. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us with the order number and photos where available so we can arrange an appropriate resolution without limiting your statutory rights.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
