Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@ellistonwear.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us for an appropriate resolution; your applicable rights remain unaffected. We do not charge restocking fees. After the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.
